Here’s someone I don’t talk about enough…

… Folks, meet “Kyoku”, the most senior member of my little furry tribe.  We rescued her from our local Rutland County Humane Society 11 years ago.  At that time, she was a 9-month-old kitty who needed to be given up for adoption by her first family.  Upon her arrival, it was discovered she was soon to be a mama.  After her litter was born, all of her kittens were adopted…

But not Kyoku.

I don’t understand why… she is the sweetest, most lovable cat I’ve ever known.  She “adopted” our two younger cats when we adopted and brought them home, and even tolerates the wild shenanigans of our two dogs.

She’s really just a cuddle-bunny.

See what I mean?

I don’t care what anyone else thinks: Shelter Animals are the best animals, as far as I’m concerned.

Kyoku most certainly agrees.

Have a wonderful day, everyone!!!
