Dear Friends and Supporters,
I founded Purpleheart Art, Vermont in part so that I might find an outlet for my creativity. But in addition, I hoped for an outlet which might support my efforts to give back.
As Purpleheart Art, Vermont has grown, whenever possible I’ve taken profits and used them to support organizations which I believe work to make our journey through this life better for all of us. It’s true, we are at our best when we’re giving back and paying it forward. Initially, I was only able to give to two organizations: my local Rutland County Humane Society and Operation Homefront. However, 2017 was a big year for me!
I am proud and humbled to share with you that in 2017, Purpleheart Art, Vermont was able to GIVE BACK a total of more than $1000 to the following:
Hurricane Relief — Harvey & Irma
San Luis Rey Downs Fire — Horse Care and Feeding for evacuated horses
While being able to create art brings great happiness to me, combining it with my ability to use it in support of these very worthy causes makes my heart SING!
Thank you to everyone who enjoyed and purchased my artwork in 2017! You truly contributed to a greater good through your support of the arts.
I wish you all Happiness and Love in the New Year. Here’s to 2018!
